The winners of Design S - Swedish Design Awards 2020 are revealed! With immense gratitude and delight, we are more than happy to share that the Ohm Collection by producer Ifö Electric is the winner in the category of Lighting & Lighting Design.

Design S - Swedish Design Awards - is Sweden's foremost and broadest design award, including all design disciplines. Arranged by the organization Svensk Form in collaboration with a united Swedish design industry.
The Jury Statement:
“Loyal to their client's manufacturing tradition, Kauppi & Kauppi have designed a family of products that suits most living environments, both indoor and outdoor. The design is simple and timeless, which along with the material durability, results in a product with exceptional longevity. The ceiling and table luminaires spark a relationship with the viewer and emphasize the wet-pressed porcelain as a carefully worked material of aesthetic value. Easily replaceable components in combination with a broad technical range guarantee further durability and justify the initial energy consumption of production.”
Johan Kauppi and Nina Kauppi celebrating the award. This year's award statuette is specially designed by Doberman, produced in Tarkett's recyclable material iQ Surface. The S Medal is made by Swedish renowned company Skultuna.
